I became certified by the NBTA because I had no link to specialization lawyers outside of Texas.

| Why I Got Board Certified: I chose to become certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy because I had no link to specialization lawyers outside of Texas. For those unfamiliar with the board specialization requirements in Texas for personal injury, civil trial, and family law, which are my areas of speciality, I found this certification in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy was the common bound with the other states looking at specialization as an aide to consumers and attorneys when picking, choosing, or selecting a lawyer. Having been the State Coordinator for the National Board of Trial Advocacy for several years, I have found that this organization is first rate from top to bottom. The National Board of Trial Advocacy is the Rolls-Royce of national certification organizations.

Choose a Board Certified Trial Lawyer
All lawyers are not created equal, but all lawyers are free to take any case they want, regardless of whether they've proven themselves.
NBTA board certification provides both consumers and other lawyers looking to refer cases with an objective credential.
It just makes great sense to choose a board certified trial lawyer over a non-certified lawyer.
